AIDE was founded by a veteran medical provider who witnessed firsthand the challenges veterans face when navigating the VA disability claims process. After years of serving in the military and then transitioning to healthcare, our founder recognized a critical gap: veterans needed access to qualified, independent medical evaluations to support their claims.
The VA system, while designed to help veterans, has limitations. VA providers cannot write nexus letters for their own patients due to conflict of interest policies. Many veterans struggle to find qualified providers who understand VA requirements and can provide the comprehensive documentation needed to support their VA disability claims.
Why AIDE Exists
Through this journey, we identified critical gaps in the system: a lack of quality, legitimate telehealth evaluation services; providers cutting corners on licensing requirements; veterans being taken advantage of by services that take a percentage of their benefits; and a pressing need for expert nexus letter writers who truly understand VA requirements.
That's why AIDE was created. We bring together licensed medical providers from across all 50 states who specialize in VA disability evaluations. Our team understands military service, the unique health challenges veterans face, and the specific documentation requirements the VA needs to approve claims.
