Refund eligibility may also be subject to applicable state consumer protection laws.

What is a Nexus letter?

A Nexus letter is a medical opinion document that connects (establishes a "nexus" between) your current medical condition and your military service. Our providers specialize in writing these for VA disability claims.

No. To maintain strict compliance with VA evaluation standards, we only evaluate conditions that can be legally and thoroughly assessed via telehealth (such as mental health, headaches and migraines, GERD, sleep apnea, etc.). Conditions requiring physical, in-person measurements (like joint range-of-motion testing using a goniometer) are outside our current scope of services to reduce the risk of your DBQ being flagged or questioned by the VA.

This is genuine telehealth with live video consultations with licensed medical providers — not just forms or questionnaires. Video participation is required for all evaluations to comply with VA standards.

What do I need for a telehealth appointment?

A device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer), a reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space. To comply with VA standards for Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and to properly verify identity, live video participation is required for all of our medical evaluations. Audio-only calls are not sufficient for a comprehensive DBQ.
