What Veterans Say About AIDE
Real experiences from veterans we've served
"AIDE and their providers have given me so much help. We've had some difficulty with our bills due to my disability and not being able to get a job, and they truly cared about my situation. They were responsive, empathetic, and quick to provide their services. I felt heard and supported every step of the way."
"I was very impressed by the professionalism and promptness of my doctor. He was conscientious, thorough, and asked questions that even my primary care provider misses. The evaluation was detailed and comprehensive — I felt like my concerns were truly understood. I highly recommend them!"
"I am so grateful to the team at AIDE. The initial cost was a little high for me, but well worth it. The team was genuinely kind and went above and beyond during the evaluation process. Would recommend them to anyone who's been frustrated with the VA process."

How AIDE Helps
Expert evaluations, Nexus letters, and other supporting documentation to support your claim
Understanding Nexus Letters
A Nexus letter is a medical opinion that establishes the connection between your condition and military service. The VA has different claims, secondary claims help to connect your medical issue that is not service-connected or rated to your military service through a rating that you already have.
For example, if your tinnitus seems to be causing you headaches or if your PTSD seems to be causing you frequent abdominal cramping and diarrhea, these are examples of conditions that could be caused secondarily by your rated condition.
AIDE's providers specialize in writing comprehensive, medically thorough Nexus letters that meet VA evidentiary standards.
Why Independent Evaluations Matter
VA providers cannot write nexus letters for their patients due to conflict of interest policies. The VA's free compensation exams occur after you file your claim and evaluate condition severity for rating purposes.
To establish service connection when filing, veterans need independent medical evaluations from qualified providers outside the VA system. AIDE connects you with licensed providers who can provide the comprehensive nexus documentation required to support your claim.
Important:
AIDE is not affiliated with the VA and is not a Veteran Service Organization (VSO). Free options exist: the VA provides compensation exams after filing, and accredited VSOs offer free claims assistance. However, VA providers cannot write nexus letters for their patients, and VSOs are not medical providers. AIDE is a fee-based service providing independent medical evaluations and nexus letters from licensed providers.
